RETURNS | CHANGE OF MIND

Although we do not have to offer exchanges for change of mind/incorrect sizing, the most important thing to us here at Charlie Ray and Friends is our customer satisfaction!
All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items.   

(Excluding sale - all sale items are FINAL).  

1. Contact us by email ONLY within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return. 

Email: charlierayandfriends@gmail.com with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"

Please do not DM us on Instagram with order enquiries as it is very difficult to keep track of all of them and we will direct you to email.

2. Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.

4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a GIFT CARD / CREDIT for the purchase value. This will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
Please note | If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.

CONDITIONS 

Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

FAULTY ITEMS

We quality check every item that is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All items will be shipped in 1-2 business days of your order being placed. If a pre-order item is in the order, the entire order wont be shipped until stock is in. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

All items should come with care information on its packaging. If an item does not - care information should be available in the description of each item on the website.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No. Unfortunately we are no longer able to make any changes to orders once your order is finalised. However, you are more than welcome to place another order!
